These Terms govern your use of the Pacific Sands Manor website and any service, reservation, or experience booked through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended only for adult guests aged 18 and above. By confirming your age on the entry page, you represent that this is accurate. We may request photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations remain subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply in addition.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected at departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows are charged for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where a guest places staff or other guests at risk, damages property, fails to follow our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables not stored in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and design) belongs to Pacific Sands Manor or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
